We construct all your optical prototypes and tools on the premises using special moulding techniques, with multi-axial diamond processing with air-bearing or hydro slides that are not only suitable for turning processes but also for micro-cutting and micro-planning.
The use of so called “Slowtool-Technology" offers additional non-uniform surface shapes. Accuracy of 100nm and a roughness (Ra) of below 5nm are guaranteed.
